 Vision of our CEO for 2016

Dear Family ForeverGreen,
Throughout the month of December, I spent some time away from the phones and the office and studied the successes and challenges of 2015 with the intention of adapting our 2016 together.
Numbers, regions, budgets, and of course the internal team … A cleaning is certainly a healthy way to stay within our vision. During this cleaning, named and promoted the right executive to the right places. They were empowered!
Knowing that we are on the bridge to success, I would like to be clean and clear from now on. I want to present a plan based on facts and statistics, not on emotion or opinion. Certainly, this process revealed that we can always improve in order to be more efficient. First, our community events are in the thousands, firm and strong in the same way we set out to improve the world, with a greater vision of what all of us, none of us interfere Still, 2015 was a year full of action and progress. It was our biggest year ever, and it all started with our Welcome Home International Convention in Las Vegas. New All-Stars emerged, a new look for our brand was announced. New “Welcome Home” videos and “The Journey” were shown. We recorded, we set up warehouses, offices and distribution centers in about 92 countries! Such things were costly – not to mention the absorption of new costs of a new logistics and three years of annual inflation. Then, months later, we had our regional launches: Europe, Latin America, Japan and Australia … and this weekend we started to take Ketopia an international level when we completed the Launch Bridge to Ketopia to North America with great enthusiasm ! Strategies are being made to adapt the formula of Ketopia for your region! The event ended majestically with another amazing U of YOU! Yes, in 2015 brought great learning experience to have a great success in 2016! As we look to 2016, we were a little out of breath! As we make internal cleanups, we sharpened opportunities. A new virtual office, registration page and shopping cart are almost ready! In addition, we have solid strategies that include strengthening Matching Bonus as adapt the X-Tribe! We’ve started this new year planning an international marketing management team that will do nothing but serve the special needs of international markets to streamline communications, graphics and translations. In addition, I participated personally live webinars to Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Greater China / Taiwan, Australia / New Zealand, Israel, the United States, Canada, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and more! I will continue to participate in monthly webinars to spread the vision and opportunity, striving to keep me connected while recruiting new prospects and customers! Finally, to validate who we say we are, the U of YOU continues to enlighten all! In conclusion, I say once again: “never perfect but always progressing” We will continue to innovate in their markets! Ketopia will be moving globally in 2016! I love this company and the family I have it! We will succeed in our business in the most possible way … remember: there are a thousand ways to lead.
